Task: Identify one area of school culture which could be improved. Devise a 4-point rubric outlining a vision for excellence for this portion of the school’s culture. Reflect on ways that the tool may be used and implications for teacher training and the faculty handbook.
Strategic Operations
Task: Review current school practices and procedures (attendance, master schedule, tardy policy, etc.). Select one school practice or procedure to revise. Provide a complete description of the school practice or procedure, including rationale for the proposed revisions.
